Over the years I have witnessed many companies that lack defined Project Management Processes for Commercial Industrial Construction Projects.

 

This lack of Process results in many impacts to companies that include- incomplete records packages, improper permitting, lack of engineered design documentation, unknown cost or missed budget forecasting, unsafe work, incomplete equipment handovers, lack of employee training, missed service contracts, and unfinished projects which all result in cost impacts to the client in the present or future.
